Jonathan is a time served Electrical Engineer, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. In addition to managing the business Jon also deals with Project Management roles, daily procurement, and control of Labour Resources. He directly oversees the Site Management of the Mechanical & Electrical Services carried out on all projects, and will attend project and client liaison meetings. Implementing the Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work as set out by the Company Health & Safety Advisors.

Kevin is a time served Electrical Engineer, with over 38 years of experience in the industry. Kevin deals with Electrical Estimating and Financial Management roles, procurement of specialist trades, as well as full supporting Design, CAD and Drawing Management. Autodesk LT CAD trained. Preparation of monthly applications for payment and liaison with client surveying team. Supporting our M&E Project Managers.

Andy is a time served Electrical Engineer, with some 27 years of experience in the industry. Andy deals with Mechanical & Electrical Project Management & Estimating roles for projects of various sizes from small general maintenance to large scale construction projects. Working extensively with Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Authority catering for the ever changing demands within the sector, his multiple roles allows for the procurement of specialist trades, materials and resources, and programme management. Ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time, and to allocated budgets. Also assisting in the role as NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor overseeing testing and inspection and regulations compliance.

Richard is a time served Electrical Engineer, with some 25 years of experience in the industry both in Contracting and Facilities Management. Spending many years previously with SSE Contracting as both an engineer and Depot Manager. Richard deals with Electrical Project Management roles, coordinating with our Mechanical department, procurement of specialist trades, materials and resources, and programme management. Ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time, and to allocated budgets. Monitoring Quality and is our NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor overseeing testing and inspection and regulations compliance. Assisting the company Directors with monthly applications for payment and liaison with client site teams. Preparation of Health & Safety RAMS, implementing and monitoring the Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work as set out by the Company Health & Safety Advisors.

Adam is a time served Mechanical Engineer, with some 40 years of experience in the industry. Adam deals with Mechanical Project Management & Estimating roles, coordinating with our Electrical department, procurement of specialist trades, materials and resources, and programme management. Ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time, and to allocated budgets. Quality monitoring, and is our Gas Safe registered engineer overseeing mechanical testing and inspection and regulations compliance. Assisting the company Directors with monthly applications for payment and liaison with client site teams. Assisting in the preparation of Health & Safety RAMS, implementing and monitoring the Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work as set out by the Company Health & Safety Advisors.

Samuel Haydon

Sam is a time served Electrical Engineer with Oldland Electrical Services Ltd, having completed his apprenticeship with the company during 2021. Sam had consistently delivered excellent results on site with a proven track record for quality installation work and customer satisfaction. In addition he attained a high degree of academic success with his EAL training and college results. This was recognised by the Directors and in early 2023 Sam accepted a promotion to an Engineering role in the office. Supported closely by our Senior Managers and Directors – Sam deals with Electrical Estimating, CAD drawings, Project Management, coordinating with our Mechanical department, Procurement, and Programme delivery. As a result of Sams training and achievements he also assists with testing, inspection and industry regulations compliance.

Tracey has worked for Oldland since 2014. Tracey’s roles include running the office reception, liasing with visitors, customers, subcontractors and suppliers and pretty much everything else that needs to be done admin related.

Tracey is a qualified book keeper with over 20 years experience and covers all aspects of Oldland’s accounting on the Sage 50 platform.
