This state of the art Equestrian Facility coupled with the modern farmhouse drew upon the diverse skill set of the Principle Contractor Swinhay and their respective design teams. Swinhay were commissioned to project manage the re-development of this farm in the heart of the Cotswolds, to develop designs with the architect for buildings that would be sympathetic to the environment but would still provide a top-class equestrian facility. Swinhay delivered an exclusive Cotswold Home with a unique equestrian facility that meld together to meet the Clients exacting brief whilst retaining the charm of the Cotswold countryside. Oldland M&E Services were appointed to design install and deliver the Mechanical and Electrical Installation Works.
