M&E Services to New 109no Bed Student Accommodation for West-tec Construction and the DPL Partnership.
A vacant office building in central Weston-super-Mare being converted into student accommodation. The development will be Weston’s largest student accommodation scheme to date and will support both the regeneration of the Grove Village area and the growth ambitions of Weston College, providing accommodation for students attending courses at University Centre Weston.
Oldland M&E Services have been appointed to design, install and deliver the Mechanical and Electrical Installation Works during 2020.
